Lead - Sales Operations

Our Sales team is growing faster and has created a greater need to be automated, structured and process driven. We are therefore adding to our team a Sales Operations Lead who will be responsible for managing sales administration, oversee business analytics and attainment planning, and direct sales force enablement. 

What you will be doing?

  • Implement and enforce tools, processes, and automation that maintain the integrity and streamline the quality of data within Hubilo CRM and other systems.

  • Uncover and review actionable, data-driven insights with sales management that drive informed decisions improves the sales process, and generates revenue growth

  • Optimize processes, identify continuous data integrity improvement, and create automated data sharing for updates within and across our system of records in support of the sales team operations

  • Build Strategy for Global business in line with market opportunity and aspirations of the management team.

  • Work with all stakeholders and all functional leaders to execute the plan.

  • Monitor continuously and strive to maintain high levels of data quality, accuracy, and process consistency to optimize business processes within the sales team related to Salesforce and other systems

  • Work closely with sales management to drive sales productivity, sales forecasting, sales reporting/analytics, territory management, quota setting, quota attainment tracking and other sales operations activities in support of the sales organization

  • Perform data analysis and provide meaningful insights into business results and operational performance to support day to day sales operations and initiatives

  • Evaluate the current forecasting processes and methodologies and work with Finance to evolve the sophistication and capability of the function to serve the needs of a dynamic and diverse portfolio

  • Implement differentiated forecasting methodologies and tools into standard practice which include but not limited to Cloud-based models, Geo segmentation models, Bottoms up models, and tops down based methodologies for all routes to market.

  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders built on trust, transparency, and communication

  • Develop and maintain best in class, standard forecasting and demand planning methods, processes, and tools

  • Support the evaluation and implementation of Forecasting tools or other industry-leading software.

  • Ensure integration and synthesis of insights and information across Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, and operational leadership teams.

  • Ensure that all activities support: Maintaining an objective, comprehensive, deep understanding of all customers and Geos, Recommendations and guidance for business and process decisions that take into Geo needs as well as the need to establish and maintain simple processes and procedures to streamline sales effectiveness

  • Full understanding of performance as well as proactive, forward-looking perspectives on business trends, uncertainties, issues, opportunities, and implications for strategies and actions

You should apply if you,

  • Are a Graduate with 5 - 7 years of similar experience in a Sales operations role
  • Are able to negotiate with customers calmly and other companies to maximise customer relations and product performance.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Have sharp analytical and problem solving ability
  • Can  work both individually and in a team
  • Can collaborate seamlessly across sales & marketing team members to do efficient reporting and trend analysis
