Hubilo is not just another startup story. It's the story of a young duo that seized an unprecedented event to pull-forward an entire industry — the $400 Bn Events industry that was among the hardest hit by the pandemic. While it brought existing business models to a grinding halt, Hubilo saw the opportunity to turn cancelled conferences into virtual events and bring people together in a dramatically more convenient and engaging manner. Cornered by an approaching bankruptcy, we saw this once-in-a-century opportunity to recreate a business we had started five years ago.

We pivoted from the physical world to reimagine how people connect, interact, and get things done in the virtual world. A virtual world where we seamlessly extend the human experience and effortlessly make network intelligence accessible to both organizers and attendees. We transformed the vast array of interactions data into a system of engagement to turn Events into networks and attendees into relationships. The shift to intelligent experiences will be irreversible going beyond the pandemic, and it will be hard to imagine any memorable event that is limited to the physically present.

As Head of Products, you will be reporting directly to the CEO, leading our product management and design teams in close collaboration with the engineering teams to deliver the product vision to our customers worldwide. This critical role requires a combination of executive leadership, strategic thinking, team management, effective execution and customer centricity. You will take into consideration market factors and the competitive landscape, team priorities & company strategy, build in room for innovation, and define how our product can best serve our customers’ use cases. What you will be doing

  • Develop Hubilo's Product Strategy and Vision in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Build and execute a product roadmap aligned with our strategy, ensuring products are shipped timely and with high quality standards
  • Hire, organize, engage and coach our rapidly growing global team of Product Managers and Designers
  • Day to day management of the product & design teams, ensuring effective prioritization
  • Provide strong career and role development, ensuring high retention of top employees
  • Maintain strong communication and effective collaboration with cross functional teams to ensure alignment
  • Serve as a spokesperson for Hubilo's product internally and externally
  • Engage with key customers to gather feedback in support of sales and partnership initiatives
  • Ensure a cohesive and compelling customer experience across all aspects of the product and customer relationship

You should apply if you 

  • Have a strong product leadership experience at a fast-paced scale up, as well as at a more mature company.
  • Know how to organize the product and design team to optimize performance and delivery at different points of a scaleup’s growth trajectory
  • Have a track record of leading several B2B/SaaS products to successful commercial outcomes.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate successful deployments of prioritization frameworks across a global product platform.
  • Have the experience balancing client requirements with building for mid/longer term strategic requirements of the product
  • Have strong understanding of the impact of UX design
  • Have deep understanding of software development processes and challenges
  • Are able to lead, inspire and communicate well with designers and UX researchers, familiarity with tools but not necessarily deep design expertise
  • Are extremely analytical & data-driven with an affinity for stats, analytics and attention to detail
  • Have demonstrated ability to teach and coach the product management skills across the full product lifecycle
  • Have demonstrated ability to quickly build strong, trusted relationships with cross functional stakeholders in a globally dispersed environment
  • Masters from a premier institute with a proven track record of 8-10  years of experience in the product space.
