Sales Trainer & Coach

We’re looking for a Sales Coach who will be responsible for mentoring new salespeople, designing individual and team training courses, and preparing educational material. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority.


What you will be doing?

  • You will be responsible for tailoring global sales enablement for our rapidly growing Sales-Tea.
  • Responsible for the success of the onboarding and ramp metrics for the SDR, AE, and CSM teams.
  • Facilitation and development of local sales enablement sessions for SDR, AE, and CSM audiences
  • Research and development of commercial insights that can be leveraged by our teams to engage prospects and customers.
  • Build and maintain regional playbooks for SDR, AE, and CSM teams
  • Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
  • Onboard and train new salespeople
  • Identify individual and team training needs
  • Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies
  • Design training courses using gamification, role-playing activities, and job simulation
  • Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers, and instructors
  • Set annual learning and development objectives for the sales team
  • Evaluate employees’ performance after each training
  • Monitor costs of training programs


You should apply if you,

  • 2+ years in sales enablement with 7+ total years of experience in sales and/or product marketing.
  • Experience with both onboarding and market training.
  • Experience with creating job aids and tools
  • Fluency in English communication skills
  • Experience with Challenger Sale, Customer-Centric Selling, and/or MEDDIC
  • Experience with running either train the trainer sessions or developing manager enablement programs.
